Bridget Patterson, B.Sc. EIT

Director and Communications Officer

Valedictorian of her graduating class from Sustainable Design Engineering at U.P.E.I. in 2024, Bridget is a strong advocate for those with disabilities and equity in the workplace. She is currently employed in her field with Michelin, North America.

Benjamin Keizer, B.Sc.

Chairman and Founder

Ben completed his training in Sustainable Design Engineering at UPEI in 2024. He is interested in developing CNN technologies for medical applications. He is also inspired by the challenge to engineers voiced by Adam Hill, of The Last Leg, to make LA the first fully accessible Paralympics.

Paul Lypaczewski, B.Eng.

Director and Senior Advisor

Paul is a computer graphics, IT and aerospace industry veteran. He has led a broad range of companies over the course of his career, from Fortune 100 companies to web and media startups. Having been on the executive management of firms such as Alias, Autodesk/Discreet, ATI/AMD and Avid, Paul has been a leader who has fostered success by focusing on team, culture and execution. He has received a number of awards and recognitions for his efforts, including having a leadership role in the development of Maya, the Academy Award winning 3D animation software solution and being the first Canadian to receive the NASA Space Act Award.Paul is currently a managing Partner at Island Capital Partners, an early stage venture fund based on PEI. He also devotes his time to a number of charitable and not for profit organizations.
